By entering into this contract, you declare that: the agreed waste or junk to be removed are your own property or that the persons(s) who own or have interest in them, have given you authority to make this contract and have been made aware of these conditions.

Removal of metal are deemed to any unwanted objects generally perceived to be effects found in households or offices, construction sites or premises.

Damage beyond the kerb or in your property is not the responsibility of AAA Metal Scrap (after the customer instructs AAA Metal Scrap to begin a job).

It will be your responsibility to:

• Obtain at your own expense, all documents, permits, licences, and/or customs documents necessary for the removal to be completed.
• Take reasonable steps to ensure that nothing that should be removed is left behind and nothing is taken away in error.
• AAA Metal Scrap will provide free pickup but extra work like dismantling or packing will be charged accordingly.
• Arrange proper protection for goods left in unoccupied or unattended premises, or where other people such as (but not limited) tenants or workmen are or will be present.
• Be present or represented throughout the removal of metal scrap, unless put in writing to the company to carry out work in the absence.
• Prepare and properly stabilize all appliances or electronic equipment prior to their removal.
• Empty, properly defrost and clean refrigerators and deep freezers. AAA Metal Scrap will not be responsible for the contents of this equipment.

A copy of the full terms and conditions can be obtained from AAA Metal Scrap before the customer instructs AAA Metal Scrap to begin the job.
